This is the Privacy Policy of Sculpting Sounds Ltd. In this document, “we”, “our, "us” refer to Sculpting Sounds Ltd.

 

Introduction:

It sets out the conditions to which we may process the information we collect from you, or that you provide to us. This includes information that may identify you and information that may not, this is known as PI (“Personal Information”). If a legal authority requires me to to pass on information by request or with a warrant or court order, your personal information maybe included.


 

4) Information provided on the understanding that it will be shared with a third party:


Our website and other social networking websites may allow you to post a comment, photo, multimedia response or in other words, information. These comments and the information contained within them can be read, downloaded, copied or used by other people.

If you post information under these circumstances, you could include personal information, therefore it is up to you to decide the privacy level to which you are willing to share your own personal information within this open forum.


Once this information enters the public domain, we have no control as to what third parties may do with it. We accept no responsibility for the actions of third parties at any time.

5) Complaints regarding content on my website:


 

If you complain about content on our website, it will always be investigated.
 


If we believe that there is a justifiable or legal reason in doing so, we will remove any content that we are investigating whilst the investigation is on going.


If we believe your complaint is valid, we will take the offending article away from the website.

If you choose to use the form on our website in order to send us a message, we will only use the information, telephone number and email address provided by you in order to follow up the message, or in line with points 1 & 2 of the ‘The basis on which we process information about you’ section of this privacy policy.

If we receive a complaint, we record all the information you have given to us. We use this information in order to resolve any complaint.


If your complaint requires me to contact a third party, we may decide to give the third party some of the information contained in your complaint, in order to resolve it.

We use www.squarespace.com in order to host and make our website, in this process squarespace.com automatically applies cookies to our website.

As we use wix.com to make my website, their servers are based around the world, therefore when you access our website, information transferred to wix.com could be stored on any of these servers.

If required, we can update or/and provide a copy of the information we hold on you to you.

Before updating your personal information, or providing a copy to you, we will take steps to verify that you are the entity making the request for the information itself, or making the update to the information.

Squarespace provide a Secure Sockets Layer, or SSL certificate, in order to provide our website’s identity to your web browser and in order to encrypt any data transfer between us whilst you are using our website.

This privacy policy has been compiled so as to comply with the law of every country, location and jurisdiction within which we aim to do business. If you think it fails to comply with laws within your jurisdiction, please email me info@sculptingsounds.studio as we would like to hear about this and discuss it with you.
